Refund & Return Policy – Aurellu

At Aurellu, we follow the European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (“cooling-off period”). This means you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a refund or cancellation — for any reason.

How to Request a Refund or Return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please email us at contact.aurellu@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number (e.g., #5063)

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The date you received your order

Once we receive your request, our team will check eligibility and provide you with return instructions.

⚠️ Items returned without first contacting us will not be accepted.


Conditions for a Refund

  • Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping (unless the item is defective or incorrect).


Damages and Issues

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will cover return costs and arrange a replacement or full refund.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (personalized or made-to-order items)

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases

  • Gift cards and items purchased on final sale


Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and approved, we will notify you.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
